ISC's Community Involvement program offers you an incredible opportunity to spend 5 life-gratifying months in Israel's society as a functioning member of the community and not just a tourist! It offers you the unbeatable opportunity to be exposed to and get to know the Israeli society from an insider's perspective and to make a difference.
In the 1880's Zionist pioneers from throughout the world worked to create a new Jewish state in our ancient homeland - the Land of Israel. Moved by the tenacity and sacrifice of those pioneers, ISC's Community Involvement program will provide today's young Jewish adults, aged 18-30, with a similar opportunity to meet pressing needs in Israeli society and inspire through action.
Based in the peripheral community of Ramla, ISC's Community Involvement participants will choose from meaningful volunteer opportunities, enjoy excursions throughout the country, acquire and use Hebrew, live among Israelis and make lifelong friendships.

| The murals were painted by Helen Arshansky and Meryl Reichbach, two current Israel Service Corps: Community Involvement volunteers. Helen and Meryl volunteer at a kindergarten in Ramla called Gan Hadas and decided to initiate this project as a way to use art in order to educate and inspire young children toward a hopeful future! |
